The company behind Claude made its listing prospectus public with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 26 October. The shares are to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT.

On 26 October, Anthropic publicly filed its listing prospectus, Form S-1, with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The company had already submitted a confidential draft in June. Class A shares are to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. How many shares will be offered and at what price has not yet been set. The bank syndicate is led by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

According to the prospectus, Anthropic had revenue of 16.3 billion US dollars in the first half of 2026, after 1.16 billion in the same period a year earlier. Around 80 percent of it, or 13.1 billion, came from usage-based billing, and 20 percent, or 3.2 billion, from subscriptions.

The bottom line shows a loss of 80.7 billion dollars, after around 13 billion a year earlier. Of that, 72.4 billion are valuation effects, for example from convertible notes and derivatives, where no cash changes hands. The operating loss was 693 million dollars, after 2.1 billion a year before. Operations brought in 3.9 billion dollars in cash. Computing costs rose from 2.3 to 8.9 billion.

The prospectus also lists long-term purchase commitments for computing capacity. They amount to 114.5 billion dollars with Google, 110 billion with Amazon and at least 44.9 billion with Microsoft. On top of that comes a hardware lease with Broadcom worth 161.2 billion dollars excluding interest.

Anthropic has not said when trading will begin. Bloomberg reports that the listing could still happen in November. The New York Times writes of a possible offering of more than 100 billion dollars and a valuation of up to 2 trillion dollars.
