Delivery Area

We deliver within Germany. Deliveries to Austria, Switzerland and other countries are possible on request – please email us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Robot systems (freight forwarding): Delivered on a pallet, kerbside, with advance telephone notice of the delivery appointment. Freight costs depend on the model and delivery location and are shown during checkout or stated in your individual quotation.
• Accessories and small parts (parcel shipping): Shipped by parcel carrier. Costs are shown during checkout.
• Delivery with commissioning: On request, our own service technicians deliver your system in person, commission it and instruct your team. We offer this as a separate line item in the quotation.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is shown on the relevant product page. For made-to-order items and pre-orders (e.g. models whose CE certification is still pending), we will inform you of the delivery date without delay as soon as the manufacturer confirms it. Stated delivery times are approximate unless expressly identified as binding.

Transport Damage

Please inspect the shipment on delivery. If you notice transport damage, please have the driver confirm it on the delivery note where possible and notify us immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment Methods

• Advance payment by bank transfer: You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation. Goods are shipped, or ordered from the manufacturer, once payment has been received.
• PayPal: Payment via your PayPal account.
• Credit card: Visa and Mastercard.
• Purchase on account (business customers only): Subject to a prior credit check, we deliver to business customers, public authorities and educational institutions on account. Payment term 14 days net unless otherwise agreed.
• Deposit for made-to-order items: For products we procure from the manufacturer only after the contract is concluded, we charge a deposit of 30% of the purchase price; the remaining balance is due before delivery. We will point this out separately before the contract is concluded.

Battery Act Notices

In connection with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries, and of devices containing batteries or rechargeable batteries (e.g. robot systems with lithium batteries), we are required under the German Battery Act (Batteriegesetz, BattG) to inform you of the following:

Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. As an end user, you are legally required to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries.

After use, you can
- return them to us free of charge (X-Tech Water System e.K., Häuslmaderweg 2, 84508 Burgkirchen an der Alz, Germany – please notify us before returning; special shipping rules apply to lithium batteries),
- drop them off free of charge at our premises, or
- drop them off at your local authority's public collection points or at retailers.

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol means that batteries and rechargeable batteries do not belong in household waste. Beneath this symbol you may also find the following markings:
- Pb = battery contains more than 0.004% lead by weight
- Cd = battery contains more than 0.002% cadmium by weight
- Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005% mercury by weight

Batteries containing pollutants pose a risk to the environment and health. By collecting and recycling them separately, you make an important contribution to environmental protection. Please observe the notices above.

Note on lithium batteries: Before returning them, tape over the terminals to prevent short circuits. Damaged or swollen lithium batteries must not be shipped – please contact us in this case to arrange safe collection.
