From the maintenance contract to the spare part – everything from a single source, and everything documented.

Maintenance ContractHalf-yearly inspection and servicing of your robot: joints, batteries, sensors, software status and safety functions – complete with a test report for your records. Pricing depends on model and site and is confirmed in your quotation.
RepairFault diagnosis and repair by our own engineers – at your premises or in our workshop. We also handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Spare Parts & BatteriesGenuine manufacturer parts: joints, swappable batteries, chargers, hands and grippers. Wear parts are costed transparently – nothing is buried in the small print.
Instruction & TrainingYour team learns to operate the robot safely and to clear minor faults without outside help – at commissioning or as a refresher.
Inspections & Operator DutiesWe support you with risk assessments and recurring statutory inspections for the commercial use of robots.
Manufacturer LiaisonAs a contracted partner of the manufacturers, we escalate technical cases straight into their service organisations – so you never have to chase a support desk in Shenzhen yourself.
